--3B Chipper Jones was not in the lineup after straining his left hamstring Wednesday night in Florida. He is officially day-to-day, but it would not be surprising if he misses the entire weekend series in Philadelphia.
--RHP Tim Hudson, who had to leave Wednesday's start after only six innings and 68 pitches because of tightness in his right arm, looks good for his next start, Tuesday against the Cardinals in Atlanta. --LHP Mike Hampton, who has been rehabbing forever, will start Saturday against the Phillies. Hampton hasn't pitched in the majors since Aug. 19, 2005, due to a variety of surgeries and muscle tears.
--LHP Tom Glavine threw a bullpen session Friday, and reports it went well. He'll be throwing another session on Sunday.
--LHP Jo-Jo Reyes was originally scheduled to start against the Phillies and Cole Hamels on Saturday, but he is no longer listed as the probable starter by the Braves. Manager Bobby Cox still has faith in Reyes, but not enough to entrust this critical start to him. LHP Mike Hampton, who hasn't pitched in the majors since Aug. 19, 2005 due to a variety of surgeries and muscle tears, gets the start instead.
