--RF Jeff Francoeur, plagued by a season-long slump, had his first four-hit game of the season Saturday against the Giants, going 4-for-5 with a double and two RBIs, and scoring two runs. --The Braves went 46 innings without having a lead, from Aug. 9 in Arizona -- an 11-4 win over the Diamondbacks -- until the second inning against the Giants Saturday night, which turned into an 11-5 Braves win.
--RHP Jair Jurrjens's nine strikeouts against the Giants August 15 were a career high, and it was his second start of the year in which he issued no walks.
--RHP Charlie Morton recorded a career high six strikeouts and 11 pitches in his six-inning start Sunday, which the Braves lost 3-1.
